Shipping/Pickup

What are your shipping fees/costs?

Shipping estimates vary depending on product selection and location. In order to see an estimate of shipping costs, please enter your shipping address at checkout.

Our shipping estimates are based per product in set packages that vary per item. In certain instances, we may be able to consolidate your products and offer you a rate that is lower than estimated. Any changes in shipping costs will be relayed to customers prior to order shipment.

Do you offer an option to pick up orders?

Yes, all orders over $50 are eligible for will call pickup at our Los Angeles warehouse at 1845 Daly St. Los Angeles, CA 90031. In order to place a will call order, please call one of our representatives at (323) 581-2001. Please note that will call orders are picked on a first come first served basis unless priority pickup service is selected.

What is Priority Pickup and how can I place an order for Priority Pickup?

Want to skip the wait? We offer a priority will call pickup option for a $50 fee. Orders submitted with priority pickup will receive a notification once their order is ready at our Los Angeles warehouse. Priority Pickup orders must be picked up ASAP / same-day after receiving notice of order completion.

In order to submit an order for priority pickup, you must enter our Los Angeles warehouse address as the shipping location at checkout and select Priority Pickup as the shipping option. Our address is 1845 Daly St. Los Angeles, CA 90031.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes, we offer local delivery for Southern California businesses on our trucks Monday-Friday in the following locations: Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego county, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, Ventura County, Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Buelton and Los Olivos.

Please note some restrictions apply. Orders requiring pallet delivery will incur a $20 pallet fee, billed separately after checkout. Sales tax will be charged where applicable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Do you offer free delivery?

We offer free local delivery Monday-Friday to the following locations for orders that meet our minimum order value:

Los Angeles and Orange county locations within 50 miles: $2000 order value to qualify for free delivery.

Orange county locations over 50 miles: $3000 order value to qualify for free delivery.

Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties: $2500 order value to qualify for free delivery.

San Diego County and Santa Barbara: $3000 order value to qualify for free delivery.

Santa Ynez, Buellton, and Los Olivos: $4000 order value to qualify for free delivery.

Do I need a business license to purchase from General Bottle Supply?

No, a business license is not needed to purchase from General Bottle Supply. If you are a CA business and would like to apply for a tax exempt retail account, please fill out the form here.
